Made from 100% BC grown malted barley, double distilled through a direct-fire pot still. Aged for a minimum of 3 years on ex-bourbon, american white oak barrels.

Rich and flavourful, with a clean and smooth finish, reminiscent of an unpeated highland or Japanese style single malt, it is a delightful sipper sure to please.
